RSS (Really Simple Syndication) allows you to identify the content you like and have it delivered directly to you. It takes the hassle out of staying up-to-date, by showing you the very latest information that you are interested in. RSS Aggregators (also called Readers) will download and display RSS feeds for you. A number of free Aggregators are available for download. Some browsers such as Firefox can read RSS.
Load an RSS feed by looking for the orange icon to the right (in a smaller size of course ;) and click on the hyperlink beside it.
Any RSS aggregator/reader:
Copy the URL/shortcut that corresponds to the feed that interests you.
Paste the URL into your reader.
